Purchasing & Shipping

How can I buy?
There are a few ways you can purchase my art. You can buy from a gallery that represents me, you can do it in person from my studio, you can email me if you are interested in a certain piece, or you can buy directly through my website by using a credit card through PayPal. I use PayPal to process credit cards. You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit card. All transactions are done in US dollars.

Can I use my credit card?
Yes you can use a credit card through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit card through PayPal.

Do you ship outside of the US?

As of now in addition to shipping within US and Canada, I am shipping to Europe, Australia, UAE, South Asia and Hong Kong. I hope to expand that to other countries in the future. If you are interested in a certain piece and really want it, and do not live in the above mentioned countries, send me an email and I can find out how much it would cost to ship to you. We can make it happen.

NOTE: Overseas shipments (outside the US) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. We have no control over these charges, hence any additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

How soon will I receive my order?
Orders are mostly packed and shipped within 5 business days. Depending on your location it may take another 7 to 10 days or longer for you to actually receive it. Once order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number. If you need delivery by a specific date, please contact me first to make sure it can reach you in time. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.

Can I pick up my painting in person?
Yes, you can do that. I do enjoy having my collectors visit my studio. Also, if you live within 20 miles of my studio, I will gladly deliver the painting to you for free.

Returns
I want you to love the art you have purchased and live with it for many years to come. If you are not completely happy with what you have received, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the piece and we can process a return or exchange. After a return is agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service the artwork arrived by. Once safely returned, you will receive a refund within 14 days. Payment is refunded minus the cost of shipping.

NOTE: At this point I am NOT offering any returns for overseas shipments (outside of US and Canada). All sales outside of US and Canada are FINAL SALES. 

What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork has arrived damaged, please take photographs and contact me via email as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after receiving.

Disclaimer
All my art is original and handmade, hence, it may have some imperfections, which is what makes it one of a kind. I have taken utmost care to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and color. The images you see online may show slight variations when viewing in different browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and such inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.
